This site (anthoneyq.com, operated by Anthoney Q, CSCS — "The Lab Strength") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, the third parties involved, and how to opt out.

What we collect directly

What you submit — when you apply or book a Fit Call: your name, email, optional phone, and your answers. We store these in our own system and use them only to evaluate fit and contact you. We don't sell or rent your contact info.
Basic analytics — first-party page views and button clicks, with no third-party cookie, to understand what's working.

Advertising technology (Meta Pixel & Conversions API)

To measure and improve our advertising, we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. — an independent third party with its own privacy policy. When active, these may collect:

Your IP address and browser user-agent;
Meta cookies (_fbp) and click identifiers (_fbc / fbclid);
The pages you view and conversion events (e.g. Lead when you apply, Schedule when you book, Purchase if you become a client);
A hashed (one-way encrypted) version of your email and phone for advertising match — never your raw email or phone.

Purposes: conversion tracking, ad attribution, retargeting, and building lookalike/custom audiences. We do not send Meta any of your coaching/health self-assessment answers from the Lab tools.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We may use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, traffic source, and aggregate behavior. IP addresses are anonymized, and we do not send Google your email or any Lab-tool health answers. Google's privacy policy governs their processing. GA4 obeys the same GPC + opt-out controls below.

Your choices & "Do Not Sell or Share"

The advertising pixel is off by default until you interact with the site, and we honor your browser's Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal automatically — if GPC is on, the pixel never loads.

You can also opt out right here. Going forward on this browser, this stops the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics from loading and tells our server not to send your conversions to Meta — across the whole site, including the free Lab tools:

Data retention & contact

We keep applicant and booking records only as long as needed to run the coaching business. To request access or deletion, email admin@anthoneyq.com.
