Movement Mastery Assessment · One Session

Master your movement in one session.

You can run the best program in the world — but if your squat leaks force, your stride loads one side, or a muscle just won't fire, you're fighting uphill every rep. The Movement Mastery Assessment puts a trained eye on how you actually move, finds the real problem, and sends you home knowing exactly how to fix it. We don't guess. We assess.

Sound familiar?

You're training hard. Something's still off.

Most people don't have a discipline problem — they have a movement problem they can't see from the inside. This session is for you if any of these hit home:

You're stuck on a lift. Your squat or deadlift has plateaued and you can feel the form breaking down — but you can't pinpoint where.

A muscle won't fire. You know which muscle should be working — and it just isn't. Something upstream is stealing the job.

A nagging tweak keeps coming back. The same knee, hip, or low-back niggle returns every training block — a compensation, not a coincidence.

Your stride feels inefficient. You're working harder than you should to hold pace — energy leaking out of your gait you can't feel.

The Process

Four steps. One clear fix.

This isn't a generic form check. It's a diagnostic — the way a mechanic runs the engine before touching a single part. We find the actual cause before we change anything.

1

Pre-Call Intake

Before we meet, you map out exactly what's bothering you — the lift, the pain, the muscle that won't fire, your history and goals. I review it so our live time is spent solving, not interviewing.

2

Virtual Assessment

We get on a live virtual call. I watch you move in real time — and pull from the video you bring — analyzing posture, alignment, range of motion, and exactly which muscles are (and aren't) doing their job.

Critique & Adjust

I show you what I see and why it's happening — then we adjust it live. You feel the difference in the session, not three weeks later reading a PDF.

Take-Home Corrections

You leave with a clear, written set of corrections and drills built for your body — what to do, why it works, and how to fold it into the program you already run.

Inside the Assessment

What a trained eye actually sees

Movement breaks down in patterns. I run your lift or your stride against the same checkpoints I use on every athlete I coach — so nothing important gets missed.

Posture & stackingAre your ribs, pelvis, and spine organized to transfer force — or fighting each other?
Range of motionWhere you're restricted — a tight ankle or hip that quietly reshapes the whole pattern.
Muscle engagementWhich muscles are actually firing — and which one is napping while another covers for it.
CompensationsThe silent work-arounds — hip hiking, weight shifts, asymmetries — that show up before pain does.
Force & timingWhere power leaks out of the chain — and whether the right things fire in the right order.
Gait & strideFoot strike, hip rotation, arm swing, knee drive — for runners, where free speed is hiding.
What You Walk Away With

You leave with answers — not homework you can't read.

In the session

  • A plain-English read on what's actually limiting you — and why.
  • Live adjustments you can feel the difference in before we hang up.
  • Time to ask anything — about the fix, your program, or what to prioritize next.

Your take-home plan

  • A written set of corrections tailored to your body and your goal.
  • Specific drills to repattern the movement — with the cues that make them work.
  • Exactly how to fold it into the program you're already running — no overhaul required.
Important

This supplements your program — it doesn't replace it.

Already following a plan you like? Good. Keep it. The Movement Mastery Assessment isn't another program to manage — it's a trained eye on the program you already run, addressing the one thing most plans never touch: how you actually move.

Fix the movement underneath, and every set you do from here lands cleaner, safer, and with more of the result you're chasing.

Where this fits

Three ways in. Start where you are.

Everything here runs on the same system — assess first, then fix. The only question is how deep you want to go.

The ladder is honest by design: the self-screen is free, and every dollar of this assessment credits toward the Total Body Blueprint. You never pay twice for the same rung.

Who's assessing you

I'm Anthoney Q, CSCS. Before I ever wrote a program I was the kid coaching skateboard tricks by spotting the one thing that was off — and later a mechanic who learned you diagnose before you touch anything. That's exactly what this session is: see the problem, trace it to the source, fix the source.

15+ years coaching real people, a degree spanning biology, psychology, and exercise science, and $500K+ invested in my own education — so the eye on your movement is a trained one.

The cost of "I'll figure it out"

A bad pattern doesn't stay still. It compounds.

Every week you grind the same flawed movement, you're not just stalling — you're reinforcing the compensation and loading the joints that pay for it. Plateaus get stickier. Tweaks turn into setbacks. The gap between your effort and your results keeps widening.

One session with a trained eye is cheaper than another lost training block — and a lot cheaper than the injury at the end of one.

Questions

Good to know

What does it cost?
$199, one time. No contract, no subscription. And if you later decide to go all-in on the Total Body Blueprint, the full $199 credits toward it — the assessment ends up costing you nothing extra.
Do I need any special equipment?
No lab, no force plates. Just a phone or laptop camera and a bit of space to move. I'll tell you in the intake exactly what to film and how to set up so we get the cleanest read on your movement.
Is this a replacement for my current program?
No — it's a supplement. Keep the plan you're running. This session fixes the movement underneath it so the program actually delivers. You leave knowing how to integrate the corrections without rebuilding anything.
Can you analyze running and gait, not just lifts?
Absolutely. Squat and deadlift, a muscle that won't fire, or your stride — foot strike, hip rotation, arm swing, knee drive. If it's a movement that matters to your performance, it's fair game.
Are you treating an injury?
I'm a coach, not a physician — and I know my lane. This is movement coaching and biomechanics analysis, not diagnosis or medical treatment. If something belongs with a doctor or physical therapist, I'll tell you honestly and point you to the right person.
Why are slots limited?
Because I run every assessment personally, and I also take only 4 new 1:1 coaching clients per month inside the Total Body Blueprint. There's no countdown clock and no fake urgency here — when the calendar is full, it's full, and you book the next opening.
What if I want to go deeper afterward?
Many people use this as a first look before committing to full coaching. If you decide to go all-in on the Total Body Blueprint ($5,000, by application), your $199 credits in full toward it. See what the full engagement includes →
