Let's work on your training.
The Total Body Blueprint is 90 days of working directly with me. We look at your movement, history, and routine, then build a plan around what you'd like to do. I review your training each week and help you adjust as you go.
I want to understand what's been going on.
Your goals and history help me decide where we begin. I look at how you move and how training fits into your week. If pain or an injury needs clinical attention, we involve your medical provider before moving forward.
- ✓Your training history and what you've enjoyed
- ✓What has helped and what hasn't
- ✓Your schedule, equipment, and current routine
- ✓What you'd like to feel more capable of doing
- ✓Full movement, gait, strength & mobility assessment — on video, frame by frame
- ✓Priorities put in a measured order, coached in that order
- ✓Training adjusted to your current capacity
- ✓Anything medical goes to your physician first, every time
Ten parts, one system — built around your body.
Here's what each is worth on its own. Bought piece by piece they run $16,800. The Blueprint brings them into one 90-day system, built by one coach, for a fraction of that — quoted on your call, once I know what you actually need.
In your first two weeks we set three measurable targets from your own assessment data, in writing. At the day-90 re-screen we measure them. If you have logged at least 80% of your prescribed sessions and attended every scheduled check-in and re-screen, and any one of the three targets is not met, I keep coaching you 1-on-1 at no charge until it is met — for as long as you keep meeting that standard. This is service continuation, not a refund, and it is written into your coaching agreement, which you read in full before you commit.
How the ninety days run
- ✓Weeks 1–2 — assess. Full assessment on video, bloodwork and nutrition audit, and your written Blueprint Report: the whole picture, in your hands, before a single training block runs. Three targets set from your own data.
- ✓Weeks 3–12 — rebuild. Corrective work, strength and fueling, coached in priority order. Weekly video feedback, weekly check-ins, adjusted as your body answers.
- ✓Day 90 — re-screen. Measured against the targets. Progress is measured, never guessed.
- ✓About three hours a week. You train where you already train. Nobody lives in a gym on this program.
A few practical questions.
Bought separately, the parts run $16,800.
The Blueprint is a fraction of that, paid in full or in three payments across the 90 days with no plan fee. If the full system is genuinely out of reach there's a version with less in it — I never discount the same thing.
Tell me about it.
Knowing what you've tried helps me understand your starting point. We can discuss whether this kind of coaching would add something useful.
About three hours a week.
Three sessions, a few minutes of daily movement prep, one weekly check-in. Wherever you already train.
The guarantee above is the contract.
Three targets from your own data, measured at day 90. Do the work and miss one, and I keep coaching you at no charge until it's met. Service continuation, not a refund.
